摘　　要：城镇化建设中推进绿色建筑是经济可持续发展的必然选择。在低碳理念下引入碳排放交易,将碳金融、清洁发展机制与绿色建筑结合,完善绿色建筑的投融资机制。进行碳金融创新使绿色建筑的投融资模式具有可操作性,吸引社会资本、金融资本进入绿色建筑领域,将为绿色建筑提供充足的资金来源。以项目为载体积极开发绿色建筑CDM项目,有利于解决绿色建筑发展的资金和节能减排的技术。扩大碳排放的国际间合作,做到国家资源环境利益和企业收益的最大化,促进绿色建筑健康发展。Advancing green building is the inevitable choice in the urbanization construction for sustainable economic develop-ment.Introduction of carbon emissions trading in the low carbon concept,carbon finance and the clean development mechanism combined with green building,improve the investment and financing mechanism of green building.The innovation of carbon fi-nance that green building investment and financing mode operable,attract social capital,financial capital into the area of green building,will provide sufficient source of funding for green building.Based on project actively develop green building CDM project,helps to solve the capital in development of green building and energy saving technology.To promote the expansion of international cooperation,to realize the maximization of enterprise interests and national interests of environmental resources,in order to promote the healthy development of green building.
