摘　　要：评标是建筑工程项目确定承包人的重要内容,实质是从多个指标对投标文件进行评价和选择。运用层次分析法确定评标体系中各指标权重,建立基于模糊综合评价法的评标模型,较大程度上减少了人为因素以及主观意识对评标结果的影响,使评标过程趋于科学合理。Bid evaluation is an important part of the construction project to determine the contractor, the essence of which is to evaluate and select the bidding documents from multiple indicators. AHP is used to determine the weight of each index in the bid evaluation system, and a bid evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established, which greatly reduces the influence of human factors and subjective consciousness on the bid evaluation results, and makes the bid evaluation process more scientific and reasonable.
