摘　　要：目的新冠疫情常态化大环境下,探索适用于生物样本库的院感检测管理流程。方法回顾分析北京天坛医院生物样本库2021年8月至2022年1月分中心返回样本,消杀后对内外包装、样本冻存盒表面采样,进行核酸检测分析。结果所有核酸检测结果,均为阴性,转运地点与当时的中高风险区域进行比较核对,未有中高风险转运交集。结论疫情防控常态化的大环境下,做好人物同防,保证生物样本库环境、人员和样本的安全,为临床研究提供安全可用的高质量样本。Objective In the context of the normalization of the new crown epidemic,to explore the management process of hospital infection detection suitable for biological sample banks.Methods The samples returned from the Beijing Tiantan Hospital Biological Sample Bank from August 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.After sterilization,the inner and outer packaging and sample freezing boxes were sampled for nucleic acid detection and analysis.Results All nucleic acid test results were negative.The transfer location was compared and checked with the medium and high risk area at that time,and there was no intersection of medium and high risk transfer.Conclusion In the environment of normalized epidemic prevention and control,it is necessary to do a good job of prevention and control,ensure the safety of the biobank environment,personnel and samples,and provide safe and usable high-quality samples for clinical research.
