摘 要:研究了加氢催化剂在硫化过程中,碱性氮化物对催化剂活性和选择性的影响,选取某炼厂重催化裂化汽油为评价原料,通过脱硫和烯烃加氢饱和评价数据考察催化剂的活性及选择性,通过XPS和TEM等方法对催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明,随着碱性氮化物在硫化过程中加入量的提高,催化剂的脱硫活性下降,选择性先提高后降低;催化剂上积碳量增加,活性金属硫化度下降,活性相晶片平均长度变短,层数降低;催化剂的脱硫活性下降与活性金属硫化度下降相关;选择性先提高后降低的原因是加氢活性位的生成更易受碱性氮化物抑制,导致加氢活性先于脱硫活性迅速下降。The effects of basic nitrogen compounds on the activity and selectivity of the hydrogenation catalyst during sulfurization were investigated.The heavy fluid catalytic cracking gasoline was selected as feedstocks,and the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were evaluated through hydrodesulfurization and olefin hydrogenation saturation.The catalyst was characterized by XPS and TEM.The results showed that with the increase of basic nitride amount added in sulfurization,the hydrodesulfurization activity of the catalyst decreased,and the selectivity first increased then decreased.The carbon content on the catalyst increased,the sulfurization degree of the catalyst decreased,the average length of the active phase became shorter,and the number of layers decreased.Decrease of sulfurization degree leads to catalyst activity decreased.The reason why the selectivity increases first and then decreases is that the generation of hydrogenation active sites is more easily inhibited by basic nitrides.
