摘 要:以棕榈酸化油为原料,开展了甘油锌催化甘油酯化制备生物柴油过程研究,考察了搅拌转速、催化剂用量、甘油用量、反应温度对脂肪酸转化率的影响,研究了工艺的可行性。实验结果表明,较优的甘油酯化反应工艺条件为:搅拌转速400 r/min、催化剂用量1.0%(w)、甘油与脂肪酸摩尔比1.1、反应温度180℃。甘油锌催化剂套用三次活性未有明显下降,且脂肪酸转化率均达到99%以上。该工艺与240℃无催化剂甘油酯化制备生物柴油工艺相比,生物柴油收率提高了3.42百分点,且生物柴油品质均符合指标要求,具有一定的优势。The process of glycerol esterification catalyzed by zinc glycerolate using acidified palm oil as raw material was carried out to prepare biodiesel.The effects of stirring speed,catalyst amount,glycerol amount and reaction temperature on the conversion of fatty acid were investigated,and the feasibility of the process was studied.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for glycerol esterification are as follows:stirring speed 400 r/min,catalyst amount 1.0%(w),molar ratio of glycerol to fatty acid 1.1 and reaction temperature 180℃.After used for three times,the activity of the zinc glycerolate catalyst is not significantly decreased,and the conversion of fatty acid can reach more than 99%.Compared with the process of glycerol esterification without catalyst at 240℃,the yield of biodiesel by this process is increased by 3.42 percentage and the quality of biodiesel are also in line with the index requirements.This process has certain advantages.
