摘  要:综述了以纳米粒子为载体的烯烃聚合用Ziegler-Natta催化剂的研究进展,包括单一MgCl_(2)纳米晶载体型Ziegler-Natta催化剂及MgCl_(2)/纳米粒子复合载体型Ziegler-Natta催化剂。着重介绍了催化剂载体的制备方法,详细分析了载体结构对催化剂表观特性、活性、立构定向能力以及聚合产物的结晶性能、力学性能及热稳定性能的影响。The structure and properties of supports in Ziegler-Natta catalyst have direct impacts on the activity,the distribution of active centers,particle morphology,structural characteristics of catalyst and processing properties of polyolefin.With the expansion of desired application fields of polyolefins products,novel polyolefin resins with improved performances have excellent prospect.Therefore,low-granularity polyolefin particles or high-performance nanocomposite resins would be obtained over polymerization by using nanoparticles supported Ziegler-Natta catalysts,which could provide novel ideas for the development of polyolefin business.This paper reviews the latest research progress of Ziegler-Natta catalysts supported by nanoparticles for olefin polymerization,including Ziegler-Natta catalysts supported by single MgCl_(2) nanocrystalline and MgCl_(2)/nanoparticles complex.The preparation routes of the supports have been highlighted.Moreover,the effects of the supports on the overall performances of catalysts,such as particle morphology,activity and isotactic index,mechanical properties and thermal stability of products,have been discussed in detail.
