摘  要:介绍了矿山输送廊道钢结构工程修复方案、修复重点和施工过程。边坡失稳导致矿山破碎与输送系统胶带输送机基础钢结构支架损坏、桁架移位,在无法使用大型吊装设备的环境下,采用吊桥运送方式将待更换桁架及其他构配件悬吊至设计位置进行了修复处理,并验算了龙门架主吊索荷载和安全系数。该方法对环境破坏性小,操作简单,适应性强。This paper introduces the restoration plan,key points and construction process of steel structure engineering of mine conveying corridor.The instability of the slope leads to the crushing of the mine and the damage to the basic steel structure of the belt conveyor of the conveying system and the displacement of the truss.In the environment where large-scale hoisting equipment cannot be used,the truss and other components to be replaced are suspended to the design position by means of suspension bridge transportation.Repair processing was carried out,and the main sling load and safety factor of the gantry frame were checked.The method is less destructive to the environment,simple in operation and strong in adaptability.
