摘  要:以南四湖湖东滞洪区为研究对象,对区域地表水、地下水和土壤环境进行监测和评价,讨论水体、土壤环境现状,分析了湖东滞洪区对周边环境的影响,并对水体环境和土壤环境提出科学保护措施。结果表明:南四湖湖东滞洪区地表水各监测断面均不能满足Ⅲ类水质要求,除挥发酚外,其余各水质因子均存在不同程度的超标现象,主要超标因子为BOD_(5)和TN;地下水3个监测点水质均不能满足Ⅲ类标准,其中NH_(3)-N超标率100%,最大超标倍数2.3;土壤各项监测因子均未超出标准限值。湖东滞洪区不会对周边环境及社会经济产生明显不利影响。应加强蓄滞洪区污染源控制和治理,提前做好分蓄洪区启用前水环境保护工作,进行农村环境综合整治,使区域内环境更好发展。This paper takes the east flood detention area of Nansi Lake as the research object,making the monitoring and evaluation of the regional surface water,groundwater and soil environment,discussing the status of water and soil environment,analyzing the influence of this area on the surrounding environment,and putting forward the scientific protection measures for the water and soil environment.The results showed as followed:all monitoring sections of surface water in this area could not meet the requirements of class Ⅲ water quality,and all water quality factors,except volatile phenol,exceeded the standard in different degrees,mainly BOD_(5) and TN.The water quality of the three groundwater monitoring points could not meet the class Ⅲ standard,and the NH_(3)-N over-standard rate was 100%,with the maximum over-standard was 2.3 times.The soil monitoring factors did not exceed the standard limits.There is no obvious adverse effect on the surrounding environment and social economy.It is necessary to strengthen the control and treatment of pollution sources in flood storage and detention areas,making a preparation of water environmental protection before the flood diversion and storage areas are put into use in advance.Furthermore,it should carry out comprehensive improvement of rural environment so as to better develop the local environment.
