摘　　要：随着社会的发展和教育水平的提高,辅导员的职能从对学生日常事务的管理,过渡到对学生进行全方位的思想政治教育上来,高校辅导员应当认清自身职能定位,顺利完成职能转换,积极履行职责使命,肩负起新时代历史责任,将思想政治教育融入自身的工作实践中,发挥育人教人的作用,帮助大学生健康成长。With the development of the society and the improvement of education level,the function of college counselors transforms from the day-to-day management of students to the all-round ideological and political education to the students.The counselors should be fully aware of and shoulder their own responsibilities.They should put the ideological and political education into their own work practice and give full play of the role of educating people so that they can help college students grow up healthily.
