摘　　要：中俄关系在俄罗斯远东地区表现在大规模“中国存在”的幻象同俄罗斯行政部门及本地民众针对“吸引中国资本发展远东经济”所表达的情绪和态度之间的差异,这种幻象的产生与21世纪第二个十年俄罗斯东部地区经济与人口状况密切相关。整体上俄罗斯政府和民众对此抱有正面和积极的心态。俄罗斯政府和民众意识中已牢固形成“与中国密切交往时要保持一定限度”的心态。中国政府和大企业对参与俄罗斯远东地区经济活动并不热衷。中国参与俄罗斯沿太平洋地区经济生活统计资料显示,在俄罗斯沿太平洋地区中国的经济规模和影响并不突出。结论是:在俄罗斯“中国扩张”不断加剧的观点和专家的预测,以及社会和民众的恐惧心理之间存在较深的割裂。在中俄两国政府希望加大中国资本投入,发展俄罗斯远东地区经济的设想与中国企业参与的现实状况之间也存在巨大反差。The relationship between China and Russia in the Far East of Russia is manifested in the diff erence between large-scale illusion about“existence of China”and Russian government’s and the local people’s emotion and attitude on“developing economy in the Far East by attracting Chinese capital”.This illusion has much to do with the economy and population in eastern Russia in the second decade of the 21st century economy.On the whole,the government and people in Russia hold a positive and active attitude towards this;they have fi rmly formed the mentality of“keeping certain limits in close contacts with China”.The government and large enterprises in Chinese are not keen on participating in economic activities in the Russian Far East.The Statistics of China’s participating in the economic life of Russia along the Pacifi c Region show that China’s economic scale and infl uence are not prominent in the region along the Pacifi c of Russia.The conclusions run as the following:there is a deep disconnection between the growing view and the expert’s predictions on“China expansion”and social and public fears;there is a huge contrast between the assumption of increasing Chinese capital investment to develop the economy in the Far East of Russia by the Chinese government and the Russian government and Chinese enterprises’actual participation.
