摘　　要：社会环境越发开放自由,由离婚带来的纠纷也越来越多,并且具有更为明显的新特征。我国当前对离婚纠纷有多元解决机制,其中诉讼和调解是两种主流解决方式,但调诉衔接存在问题,应完善该机制的漏洞,完善各项配套机制,形成对大量离婚纠纷的解决方式。For the present,social environment becomes opener and freer,which leads to more and more divorce disputes with obvious new characteristics.Among the multiple settlement mechanisms for divorce disputes in our country,litigation and mediation are the two mainstream solutions.However,there are problems in the connection between mediation and prosecution.For fi nding solutions for a large number of divorce disputes,we should perfect the loopholes of this mechanism,as well as various supporting mechanisms.
