补中益气汤在重度脓毒症患者辅助治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤在重度脓毒症患者辅助治疗中的效果。方法前瞻性选取2020年5月至2021年1月浙江省台州医院收治的85例重度脓毒症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=45)。对照组患者给予西医综合治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上辅以补中益气汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗14d后的白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactionprotein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平及急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ,APACHEⅡ)评分和预后情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、PCT水平及APACHEⅡ评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14d后,两组患者的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、PCT水平及APACHEⅡ评分均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、PCT水平及APACHEⅡ评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者28d病死率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于重度脓毒症患者,在西医综合治疗的基础上辅以补中益气汤治疗,可降低炎症反应,缓解患者的病情,改善患者的预后。Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in adjuvant treatment of patients with severe sepsis.Methods Eighty-five patients with severe sepsis admitted to Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from May 2020 to January 2021 were prospectively selected,the patients were divided into control group(n=40)and experi-mental group(n=45)by random number table.The patients in control group were given comprehensive treatment of western medicine,and the patients in experimental group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of control group.The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),pro-calcitonin(PCT),acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)score and prognosis of patients before and after 14d of treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,PCT and APACHEⅡscores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14d of treat-ment,the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,PCT and APACHEⅡscores in two groups were significantly lower than be-fore treatment(P<0.05),the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,PCT and APACHEⅡscores in experimental were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The 28d mortality in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe sepsis,combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of comprehensive treatment of western medicine,it can effectively improve the inflammatory indexes,alleviate the condition and improve the prognosis of patients.
