实脾消水散联合揿针对肝癌腹水患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析实脾消水散联合揿针对肝癌腹水患者生活质量的影响。方法 60例肝癌腹水患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采取揿针治疗,试验组患者采取实脾消水散联合揿针治疗。比较两组患者的生命质量评分、临床常见症状评分、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平、腹水疗效及体质改善情况。结果 试验组患者的生命质量评分(13.20±0.57)分高于对照组的(7.60±0.52)分,临床常见症状评分(6.20±1.42)分、CA125(106.82±12.11)U/ml低于对照组的(10.90±1.97)分、(210.21±15.12)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的腹水治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的体质改善率为83.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肝癌腹水患者采取实脾消水散联合揿针治疗效果显著,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Shipi Xiaoshui powder combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding on quality of life in patients with ascites of liver cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with liver cancer and ascites were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding,while patients in the experimental group were treated with Shipi Xiaoshui powder combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding.The quality of life score,clinical common symptom score,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)level,efficacy of ascites and physical improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score(13.20±0.57)points of the experimental group was higher than(7.60±0.52)points of the control group;the clinical common symptom score(6.20±1.42)points and CA125(106.82±12.11)U/ml were lower than(10.90±1.97)points and(210.21±15.12)U/ml of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of ascites treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of physical fitness in the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shipi Xiaoshui powder combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding has significant effect on patients with liver cancer and ascites,and can obvious improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
