胃肠镜下高频电切联合氩离子电凝术治疗上消化道息肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析胃肠镜下高频电切联合氩离子电凝术治疗上消化道息肉的临床效果。方法 66例上消化道息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组33例。对照组患者采用胃肠镜下高频电切联合微波凝固术进行治疗,实验组患者采用胃肠镜下高频电切联合氩离子电凝术进行治疗。比较两组住院时间、术中出血量、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生情况。结果 实验组VAS评分(1.95±0.84)分、SDS评分(41.33±8.66)分低于对照组的(5.42±1.25)、(60.36±7.95)分,住院时间(3.01±1.05)d短于对照组的(6.35±1.12)d,术中出血量(83.58±6.32)ml少于对照组的(126.63±4.36)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率6.06%低于对照组的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 上消化道息肉患者应用胃肠镜下高频电切联合氩离子电凝术治疗疗效显著,能够减轻患者损伤状况,且术后恢复速度更快,具有推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-frequency electroresection combined with argon plasma coagulation under gastrointestinal endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps.Methods A total of 66 patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with high-frequency electroresection combined with microwave coagulation under gastrointestinal endoscopy,and patients in the experimental group were treated with high-frequency electroresection under gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with argon plasma coagulation.The hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score(1.95±0.84)points and SDS score(41.33±8.66)points of the experimental group were lower than(5.42±1.25)and(60.36±7.95)points of the control group,and the hospitalization time(3.01±1.05)d was shorter than(6.35±1.12)d of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss(83.58±6.32)ml was less than(126.63±4.36)ml of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.06%,which was lower than 24.24%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency electroresection combined with argon plasma coagulation under gastrointestinal endoscopy is effective in patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps.It can reduce the injury of patients,and help patients recover faster after surgery.It has the value of popularization and application.
