静脉微量泵入大剂量呋塞米治疗心力衰竭的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究心力衰竭患者应用静脉微量泵入大剂量呋塞米的治疗效果。方法 80例心力衰竭患者,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组使用常规静脉推注呋塞米治疗,实验组使用静脉微量泵入大剂量呋塞米治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后心率、血压改善情况。结果 治疗前,两组心率、收缩压及舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于治疗前,且实验组心率(70.03±2.63)次/min、收缩压(112.31±3.16)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)及舒张压(76.15±3.97)mm Hg低于对照组的(78.94±1.46)次/min、(125.03±3.46)mm Hg、(87.64±5.11)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率95.00%显著高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心力衰竭患者静脉微量泵入大剂量呋塞米后血压、心率指标得到了有效改善,治疗效果明显得到提高,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of intravenous micro-pumping of high-dose furosemide in the treatment of heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intravenous bolus injection of furosemide,and the experimental group was treated with intravenous micro-pumping of high-dose furosemide.The therapeutic effect and the improvement of heart rate and blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were all lower than those of this group before treatment;the heart rate of the experimental group was(70.03±2.63)beats/min,the systolic blood pressure was(112.31±3.16)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and the diastolic blood pressure was(76.15±3.97)mm Hg,which were lower than(78.94±1.46)times/min,(125.03±3.46)mm Hg and(87.64±5.11)mm Hg of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous micro-pumping of high-dose furosemide has therapeutic effect for patients with heart failure,and can effectively improve blood pressure and heart rate indicators,which is worthy of promotion.
