甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效

摘　　要：目的 研究甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效与价值。方法 98例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各49例。对照组接受常规预混胰岛素皮下注射治疗,实验组接受甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈进行治疗。比较两组血糖水平、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果 实验组餐后2 h血糖(8.9±0.5)mmol/L、空腹血糖(6.7±0.4)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.5±0.8)%均低于对照组的(12.1±1.4)mmol/L、(9.1±0.9)mmol/L、(8.6±1.7)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量评分为(84.2±4.5)分,高于对照组的(79.8±3.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为4.1%(2/49),低于对照组的16.3%(8/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对2型糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,血糖控制好,安全性较高,患者经过治疗后生活质量明显改善,说明该治疗方案临床效果好,有推广使用价值。Objective To study the efficacy and value of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of conventional premixed insulin, and the experimental group was treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide. The blood glucose level, quality of life score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The 2 h postprandial blood glucose(8.9±0.5) mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(6.7±0.4) mmol/L, and glycosylated hemoglobin(6.5±0.8)% in the experimental group were lower than(12.1±1.4) mmol/L,(9.1±0.9) mmol/L, and(8.6±1.7)% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was(84.2±4.5) points, which was higher than(79.8±3.1) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.1%(2/49), which was lower than 16.3%(8/49)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus shows good blood glucose control and high safety, and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved after treatment, which indicates that this treatment plan is clinically effective and has the value of promotion.
