婴儿正常眼压值及其相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析0~1岁婴儿正常眼压值及其影响因素,了解0~1岁婴儿正常眼压值与成年人有无差异。方法回顾性系列病例研究。选择年龄为0~1岁无眼压相关眼病的婴幼儿为研究对象,婴儿在“水合氯醛”镇静催眠状态下,使用手持数字化压平式眼压计,对每只眼测量眼压3次,得到眼压平均值,并使用手持角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度,测量双眼角膜直径(包括水平角膜直径和垂直角膜直径)。婴儿在测量数据时选择仰卧位,将所得数据汇总后进行相关因素分析。结果0~1岁婴儿454例,右眼平均眼压值为(15.32±2.84)mmHg,左眼平均眼压值为(15.73±2.71)mmHg;眼压与年龄之间无相关性,眼压与角膜厚度之间呈正相关。结论0~1岁婴儿眼压值与年龄无明确相关性,与角膜厚度有正相关性。婴儿眼压值与成年人无明显差别。Objective To analyze the normal intraocular pressure(IOP)of infants aged 0-1 years and its influencing factors,and to explore the relationship between the normal IOP of infants aged 0~1 years and that of adults.Methods This retrospective case series study was conducted on infants aged 0~1 years without intraocular pressure-related eye diseases.Under the sedative and hypnotic state of chloral hydrate,the intraocular pressure of infants was measured through a hand-held digital tonometer,and the average intraocular pressure was obtained by measuring three times in each eye.The central corneal thickness was measured with a hand-held corneal thickness meter,and the corneal diameter of both eyes(including horizontal corneal diameter and vertical corneal diameter)was measured.The data needed for the study of intraocular pressure and corneal thickness measurement in supine position were selected,and the relevant factors were analyzed.Results The average IOP of 454 infants aged 0~1 years was 15.32±2.84 mmHg in the right eyes and 15.73±2.71 mmHg in the left eyes.There was no correlation between IOP and age,but there was a weak positive correlation between IOP and corneal thickness.Conclusions There is no clear correlation between IOP and aged 0~1 years infants,and there is a weak positive correlation between IOP and corneal thickness.There is no significant difference in IOP between infants aged 0~1 years and adults.
