摘 要:针对舰船污染物综合处理系统中餐厨垃圾、黑水、灰水不能集中处理,导致污染物处理装置种类多、占用总体资源多、舰员劳动强度大等问题,根据膜生化法、电化学法等处理技术的机理,研制、选择采用多级电化学法的污染物综合处理装置,实现舰船污染物综合收集、集成处理,简化系统、节约总体资源(系统减重20%以上),每舰可至少减少一个战位,减轻舰员劳动强度。Aiming at the problems such as too many kinds of pollutant treatment devices,too much total resources occupied and too much labor intensity of the crew caused by the fact that the kitchen waste,black water and grey water can’t be treated in a centralized way,the mechanism of MBR,electrochemical method and other treatment technologies were analyzed,and a multi-stage electrochemical comprehensive treatment device for pollutants was developed and selected to realize the integrated collection and treatment of the pollutants.The system was simplified and the total resources were saved(the weight of the system is reduced by more than 20%),at least one battle position can be reduced for each ship,which reduces the labor intensity of the crew.
