摘　　要：借鉴中国船级社的一般产品检验管理模式,分析在检验初期如何利用检验计划的制定,识别关键产品的质量控制环节,并在产品生产过程中如何执行落实检验计划的要求,以某船舶液压锚绞机系统实际检验过程为例,对实际检验中常见问题和管理方法进行总结,利用合理有效的产品检验管理方法保证产品设计性能的最终实现。The China Classification Society’s general product inspection management mode was referenced to analyzes how to make use of the inspection plan at the initial stage of inspection to identify the quality control’s key point,and how to implement the requirements of inspection plan in product production.Taking the actual inspection process of hydraulic anchor and winch system of a ship as an example,the common problems and management methods in the actual inspection were summarized.The final realization of product design performance would be achieved through the use of reasonable and effective product inspection management method.
