摘 要:针对高压力化学品船的槽形舱壁设计,提出针对性的优化设计方案,以获得最优的空船重量。根据规范要求的基础限定条件,利用自编计算工具,以样船设计为基础,以槽形设计参数为变量给出设计方案,经计算对比,得出槽形舱壁参数设置的优化方案,结果表明,通过使用双相不锈钢材料,调整槽形舱壁的槽形角、槽形面板腹板宽度、板厚,可获得最优槽形设置。In the design of the corrugated bulkhead of high pressure chemical tanker,a targeted optimization design scheme was proposed to obtain the optimal light ship weight.In terms of the basic limiting conditions required by the rules,using self-made calculation tools,based on the sample ship design and taking the bulkhead design parameters as variables,various different schemes were given for calculation and comparison.The optimization scheme of corrugated bulkhead parameter setting was obtained.The results showed that the optimal corrugated setting can be obtained by using duplex stainless steel and adjusting the angle,the width and thickness of the panel web of the corrugated bulkhead.
