摘　　要：当前,中美战略博弈、新科技革命叠加大流行病使全球化演变加速,推动新一轮全球供应链重组。中美贸易战已迫使部分台商调整产能布局,但是在新冠肺炎疫情爆发之后,分散风险的意识超越中美博弈范畴,投资考量逐步由“效益最优”转变为“风险最小”,投资出现“分链”叠加“短链”态势。此外,大规模台商回台对台湾经济社会产生多元复杂影响,持续布局岛内仍面临诸多挑战。未来一段时间内,随着全球供应链重组的动态调整,台商布局趋势及其影响也在持续演变中。At present,the strategic competition between China and the United States,the new technological revolution and the COVCD-19 pandemic have accelerated the evolution of globalization and promoted a new round of global supply chain reconstruction.The China-US trade war has forced some Taiwan Residents companies to adjust their production capacity layouts,but after the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia,the awareness of risk diversification has surpassed the scope of the China-US competition,and investment considerations have gradually changed from“optimal benefits”to“minimum risks”.The situation of“split chain”and“short chain”is superimposed.In addition,the return of large-scale Taiwan Residents businessmen to Taiwan has had multiple and complex impacts on Taiwan’s economy and society,and there are still many challenges to continue deploying on the island.For some time to come,economic globalization will continue to change,and the global supply chain restructuring is also in the process of dynamic adjustment.Therefore,the layout trend of Taiwan Residents businessmen and its impact still need to be observed.
