摘　　要：目的探讨重度子痫前期(SPE)胎盘组织中白介素-16(IL-16)、let-7b及IL-4的表达及临床意义。方法选取2018年4月至2020年1月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的108例行剖宫产术分娩的SPE患者为观察组,另选取100例同期行剖宫产分娩健康孕产妇为对照组,对比两组胎盘组织中IL-16、let-7b、IL-4表达水平,Spearman相关性分析观察组胎盘组织中IL-16、let-7b、IL-4表达水平间及与血压的相关性。结果观察组收缩压、舒张压水平和胎盘组织中IL-16表达水平明显高于对照组,let-7b、IL-4表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,观察组胎盘组织中IL-16与let-7b、IL-4表达水平呈负相关,与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关(P<0.05);let-7b与IL-4表达水平呈正相关,与收缩压、舒张压呈负相关(P<0.05);IL-4表达水平与收缩压、舒张压呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论SPE患者胎盘组织IL-16明显上调,let-7b、IL-4明显下调,三者可能共同参与SPE发生发展。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of interleukin-16(IL-16),let-7b and IL-4 in placenta tissues of severe preeclampsia(SPE).Methods A total of 108 SPE patients who underwent cesarean delivery admitted to our hospital(April,2018 to January,2020)were selected as the SPE group,while another 100 healthy pregnant women who underwent cesarean delivery during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of IL-16,let-7b,and IL-4 in the placenta tissues of the two groups were compared.Spearman’s correlation analysis was conducted to evaluate the correlation between the expression levels of IL-16,let-7b,and IL-4 in the placenta tissues of the SPE group and blood pressure.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels and IL-16 expression levels in placental tissues of the SPE group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the expression levels of let-7b and IL-4 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that IL-16 was negatively correlated with let-7b and IL-4 expression levels in placental tissues in the SPE group,and positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05);let-7b was positively correlated with IL-4 expression level,and negatively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05);The expression level of IL-4 was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion Placental tissue IL-16 is significantly upregulated,while let-7b and IL-4 are significantly downregulated in SPE patients,and all three may be jointly involved in the development of SPE.
