新时代中国文化软实力与国家凝聚力内涵及关系探析

摘　　要：国家文化软实力指特定国家的各种价值系统及其象征形式向外部释放的吸引力与感染力,应随时代背景的变化进行科学诠释,从静态构成和动态效果两方面进行衡量。国家凝聚力指一个国家的不同民族、政党以及民众在理想、目标、利益共同的基础上,满足其物质与精神需要而产生的内向聚合力与外向吸引力。新时代文化软实力与国家凝聚力之间的内在机理表现在:满足人民群众文化需要是生成国家凝聚力的重要源泉;形成文化认同是生成国家凝聚力的心理基础,其中家庭健康的可持续发展是国家稳定发展的基石,地域文化或民族文化对国家凝聚力的形成产生重要影响,对于国家在经济社会发展中的政策制度与执行效果要保持认同,而激发文化动力是生成国家凝聚力的助推器。The soft power of national culture refers to the attraction and appeal released to the outside by various value systems and their symbolic forms of a specific country,which should be scientifically interpreted with the changes of the historical background and measured from two aspects of static composition and dynamic effect.National cohesion refers to the inward cohesion and outward attraction generated by meeting the material and spiritual needs of different nationalities,political parties and people in a country on the basis of common ideals,goals and interests.The internal mechanism between cultural soft power and national cohesion in the new era is as follows:meeting the cultural needs of the masses is an important source of national cohesion;The formation of cultural identity is the psychological basis for the generation of national cohesion,among which the sustainable development of family health is the cornerstone of the stable development of a country.Regional culture or national culture has an important impact on the formation of national cohesion,and the national policy system and implementation effect in economic and social development should be maintained identity.Stimulating cultural power is the booster to generate national cohesion.
