实时弹性成像技术评价刮痧联合电针治疗慢性非特异性颈痛的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨实时弹性成像技术评价刮痧联合电针治疗慢性非特异性颈痛(NCNP)的临床价值。方法:选取56例NCNP患者(研究组)和40例健康志愿者(对照组);使用彩色多普勒超声显像仪测量研究组治疗前后及对照组斜方肌、头夹肌的杨氏模量,并对研究组治疗前后分别进行VAS评分;分析2组杨氏模量的差异,以及研究组治疗前后杨氏模量、VAS评分的变化。结果:治疗前,研究组斜方肌、头夹肌杨氏模量均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);治疗1个疗程后,研究组VAS评分及斜方肌、头夹肌杨氏模量均减小,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:实时弹性成像技术能较好地评价刮痧联合电针治疗NCNP的疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical value of real-time elastography in evaluating the effect of scraping combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of nonspecific chronic neck pain(NCNP).Methods:56 patients with NCNP(study group)and 40 healthy volunteers(control group)were selected to measure the Young’s modulus of the trapezius and splenius capitis before and after treatment using color Doppler ultrasonography,and VAS scores were determined before and after treatment in the study group to analyze the differences between the study group and the control group as well as the changes in Young’s modulus and VAS scores before and after treatment in the study group.Results:Young’s modulus of the trapezius and splenius capitis in the study group were higher than those in the control group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After 1 course of treatment,the VAS score and Young’s modulus of the trapezius and splenius capitis in the study group decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Real-time elastography can better evaluate the effect of scraping combined with electroacupuncturein the treatment of NCNP.
