Aim To explore the effect of enhanced recorvery after surgery(ERAS)on early postoperative inflam-matory response in patients with extrahepatic cholangiolithiasis. Methods:Ninety patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy+choledocholithotomy+T tube drainage were divided into ERAS group and control group according to dif-ferent perioperative management methods.Perioperative inflammatory indexes and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results:The levels of inflammatory indexes in the two groups after surgery were higher than those before sur-gery,but the degree of inflammatory indexes in the ERAS group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of postoperative exhaust and defecation in the ERAS group was earlier than that in the control group, and the days of hospitalization, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, and the intensity of postoperative pain were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS can reduce the occurrence of early postoperative inflammatory response, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
