摘　　要：构建马克思主义社会生产函数是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的基础工作。基于马克思历史唯物论基本原理,结合虚拟资本时代预付资本的形态特征,方能构建以财富创造为指向的虚拟资本时代马克思主义社会生产函数。基于数值模拟方法对社会生产函数的经济意义进行系统分析,以期总结虚拟资本参与下提升社会再生产效率的基本规律。研究表明,当以虚拟资本为代表的市场信用匮乏时,全社会预付资本不足,虚拟资本增加会增加社会产出和提升社会效率;而当以其为代表的市场信用富余时,全社会预付资本过度,虚拟资本增加会降低社会产出和破坏社会效率,同样的经济变化在不同的历史时期会产生不同的经济影响。对开放经济系统而言,鼓励引进外资还是鼓励对外投资并不是一成不变的政策,当资本匮乏时引进外资意义重大,它可以充裕国内资本、提升社会效率,而当资本富余时对外投资则可以有效化解虚拟资本过度与社会效率之间的矛盾。The construction of Marxist social production function is the basic work of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. Based on the basic principle of Marx’s historical materialism and the morphological characteristics of prepaid capital in the era of fictitious capital, the Marxist social production function in the era of fictitious capital is constructed, which is wealth creation oriented. The economic significance of the social production function is systematically analyzed based on the numerical simulation method, and the basic laws for enhancing the efficiency of social reproduction with the participation of fictitious capital are summarized. When the market credit represented by fictitious capital is deficient, the prepaid capital of the whole society will be insufficient, and the increase of fictitious capital will increase social output and improve social efficiency. However, when the market credit represented by fictitious capital is surplus, the prepaid capital of the whole society will be excessive, and the increase of fictitious capital will reduce social output and destroy social efficiency. The same economic change has different economic impacts in different periods. For an open economy system, it is not an invariable policy to encourage the introduction of foreign capital or to encourage foreign investment. When capital is scarce, it is of great significance to introduce foreign capital,which can enrich domestic capital and improve social efficiency. When capital is abundant, foreign investment can effectively resolve the contradiction between excessive virtual capital and social efficiency.
