当代少林功夫竞技体系的继承与创新-以少林棍为例

摘　　要：少林棍法是少林寺最为经典的器械武艺,也是中国传统器械武艺的重要代表。它发端于元末明初,在明代已然流传广泛。中国嵩山少林寺作为中国文化当代复兴的重要代表,始终保持开放包容的心态,不断通过交流与学习提升少林功夫的生命力与时代特色,致力于中国优秀传统体育项目的发展与推广,近些年推成出新,先后推出少林禅弓、少林棍法等有少林文化特质的现代运动项目。文章以少林棍法竞技体系为研究对象,运用文献资料法,说明少林棍法竞技体系构建是少林文化继承与创新的重要实践成果。Shaolin stick is the most classic instrument martial art in Shaolin Temple,and it is also an important representative of Chinese traditional instrument martial art.It originated in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty and has been widely spread in the Ming Dynasty.As an important representative of the contemporary rejuvenation of Chinese culture,China's Songshan Shaolin Temple has always maintained an open and inclusive attitude,constantly improved the vitality and characteristics of the times of Shaolin Kongfu through exchanges and learning,and is committed to the development and promotion of China's excellent traditional sports.In recent years,it has launched new products,including Shaolin Zen bow Shaolin stick and other modern sports with Shaolin cultural characteristics.Taking the Shaolin stick competitive system as the research object and using the method of literature,this paper explains that the construction of Shaolin stick competitive system is an important practical achievement of Shaolin cultural inheritance and innovation.
