体教融合背景下“G-U-S”协同育人的论绎与思考

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实证研究法,深入农村中小学开展体教融合实地研究。认为在当前全面推进体教融合的大背景下,政府、高校及基础教育学校(G-U-S)协同育人有利于实现高校与中小学间体育教育的理念共融、资源共享、价值统一。论述了“G-U-S”协同育人模式面临的困境:地方政府主导者作用的缺位;育人主体中小学实施者的诸多不足;高校与基础教育学校体育教育的脱离。提出了“G-U-S”协同育人的科学路径:协同建构高校与基础教育教学环节;合理改革职前培养课程体系;联合开展职后培训,拓展“G-U-S”协同育人模式。为体教融合背景下政府、高校与基础教育深入合作、协同育人,提供有益借鉴与参考。This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and empirical research to carry out field research on the integration of sports and education in rural primary and secondary schools.This paper holds that under the background of comprehensively promoting the integration of sports and education,the collaborative education of the government,colleges and universities and basic education schools(G-U-S)is conducive to the realization of the concept integration,resource sharing and value unity of physical education between colleges and universities and primary and secondary schools.This paper discusses the dilemma faced by the"G-U-S"collaborative education model:the absence of the leading role of local government;The various deficiencies of implementers of primary and secondary school,the main body of education;The separation of physical education between colleges and universities and basic education schools.It puts forward the scientific path of"G-U-S"collaborative education:collaboratively construct teaching links between colleges and universities and basic education;Reasonably reform the pre-service training curriculum system;Jointly carry out post service training and expand the"G-U-S"collaborative education mode.This provides a useful model and reference for the in-depth cooperation and collaborative education between the government,colleges and universities and basic education under the background of the integration of sports and education.
