活化黏土型矿物掺合料对超轻发泡水泥性能的影响研究

摘  要:以P·O42.5R水泥、活化黏土型矿物掺合料为胶凝材料,结合双氧水发泡,制备了干密度小于250kg/m^(3)的Ⅱ型发泡水泥,同时结合扫描电镜、光学显微镜、X射线衍射分析了发泡水泥的微观结构、气孔结构及组成,探讨了矿物掺合料对发泡水泥硬化性能的影响。研究表明:矿物掺合料的掺入,有利于发泡水泥所用基体净浆强度的提升;当矿物掺合料掺量从0%增加至50%,发泡水泥气孔变大,导热系数变小,抗压强度提升明显;当矿物掺合料掺量为30%时,发泡水泥干密度为249kg/m^(3),导热系数0.058W/(m·K),28d抗压强度为0.89MPa。Ultra-lightweight foamed cements for dry density at≤250kg/m^(3)(typeⅡ),based on P·O 42.5R cement and activated clay-based mineral admixture,were prepared by using chemical foaming agent H_(2)O_(2),the effect of mineral admixture on hardened performance of foamed cement was investigated,and the microstructure,air-voids and composition of foamed cement were also studied by using XRD,SEM and optical microscope.The results indicate that the compressive strength of cement matrix for foamed cement could be enhanced by adding mineral admixture.With increasing content of mineral admixture from 0%to 50%,the air-void size of foamed cement became big,its thermal conductivity reduced,and compressive strength rose significantly.When the content of mineral admixture was 30%,the dry density was 249kg/m^(3),and the compressive strength at 28 days achieved to 0.89 MPa and the thermal conductivity was 0.058 W/(m·K).
