摘　　要：改性聚苯乙烯作为轻骨料,以物理搅拌的形式,经过浇筑成型为一种新型轻质混凝土。改性聚苯乙烯轻骨料混凝土以大量的改性聚苯乙烯颗粒代替石子等粗骨料,同时在生产过程中,掺入粉煤灰和矿粉等掺合料,具备许多普通混凝土不具备的优点,经配合比设计、抗压试验、冻融试验、干燥收缩、导热系数试验和燃烧试验,得出了一系列物理性能数据,经过工程验证,其性能良好,满足施工技术要求。As a new type of lightweight concrete,modified polystyrene is used as light aggregate,in the form of physical agitation,after pouring and molding,as a new type of lightweight concrete,a large number of modified polystyrene particles are used to replace coarse aggregate such as stone and so on,and at the same time,in the production process,the modified polystyrene particles are used to replace the coarse aggregate such as stone,it has many advantages that ordinary concrete does not have by adding admixtures such as fly ash and mineral powder,through mix proportion design,compression test,freeze-thaw test,drying shrinkage test,thermal conductivity test and combustion test,a series of physical performance data are obtained.Verified by the project,its performance is good and meets the construction technical requirements.
