摘  要:预制剪力墙板作为装配式剪力墙结构中的主要竖向构件,从生产、运输到施工现场安装都需要用到吊装埋件,而且预制墙板重量普遍较大,因此预埋吊件的安全性尤为重要。目前行业内常用的吊件有球头弯折吊钉、吊环和内埋式螺栓这3种。本文以典型夹心保温外墙板为例展开分析研究,介绍了构件在吊装运输过程中常见的破坏形式,并分别计算了4种破坏形式下3种吊件及吊件区混凝土的破坏荷载。结果表明,吊钉与吊环安全性高于内埋式螺栓,实用性和便利性方面吊钉和内埋式螺栓优于吊环。As the main vertical component in the monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure,precast shear wall requires embedded lifting parts from production,transportation to installation,and the weight of precast wall is generally large,security is especially important.At present,there are three types of lifting parts commonly used in the industry:ball head bending nails,lifting rings and embedded bolts.This paper takes a typical precast concrete sandwich facade panel as an example to analysis and research,introduces the common failure forms of components in the process of hoisting and transportation.Calculates the failure loads of the concrete and three kinds of hangers.The results show that the safety of the hanging nail and the lifting ring is higher than the embedded bolt,and the practicability and convenience of the hanging nail and the embedded bolt are better than the lifting ring.
