发达经济体金融服务贸易发展的经济效应研究——兼论中国金融服务贸易的发展路径

摘　　要：金融服务贸易正成为世界各国竞争的焦点和关键,吸引发达经济体纷纷布局。以发达经济体和中国为样本,研究发现,金融服务贸易发展会产生金融发展、贸易发展、产业发展等经济效应,且贸易发展效应要大于金融发展效应和产业发展效应,金融服务出口的经济效应要大于金融服务进口的经济效应。鉴于中国金融服务贸易规模小、市场份额低、经济效应尚未充分发挥的现实情况,借鉴发达经济体的发展经验,研究提出将金融服务贸易发展作为“十四五”期间经济增长的着力点、在深化金融市场双向开放中发展金融服务贸易、金融服务贸易同货物贸易协同发展、金融服务贸易与实体产业融合发展、金融科技引领金融服务贸易新发展、多措并举为金融服务贸易发展保驾护航等中国金融服务贸易发展建议。Financial service trade is becoming the focus and key of competition among countries all over the world,attracting developed economies to deploy one after another.Taking developed economies and China as samples,this paper finds that the development of financial services trade will produce economic effects including financial development,trade development,and industrial development.Moreover,the effects of trade development are greater than the effects of financial development and industrial development,and the economic effects of financial service exports are greater than the economic effects of financial service imports.Due to the small scale,low market share,and insufficient economic effects of China’s financial service trade,this article draws on the development experience of developed economies and puts forward suggestions for China’s financial service trade development:taking the development of financial service trade as the focus of economic growth during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,developing financial service trade in deepening the two-way opening of the financial market,developing financial service trade and goods trade coordinately,integrating the development of financial service trade and physical industry,financial technology leading the new development of financial service trade,and taking multiple measures to escort the development of financial service trade,etc.
