零售药店执业药师药学服务价值分析及提升建议

摘　　要：目的为促进零售药店专业转型、发挥执业药师药学服务作用提供参考。方法分析零售药店执业药师提供药学服务的重要意义及药学服务实施现状,针对存在的问题提出对策建议。结果零售药店执业药师提供药学服务,可促进公众安全、合理用药,优化药物疗效、节约医保经费,促进药店健康转型、提升执业药师能力素质。但当前药学服务项目较少涉及用药随访、慢性疾病药物治疗管理等项目,且缺乏规范化的药学服务流程,导致监管部门检查考核无依据,执业药师提供药学服务无章可循,药学服务质量及公众对执业药师的信任度较低。结论可推进立法完善制度,确保依法施行药学服务;制订药学服务规范,保障药学服务质量;应用“互联网+”技术,拓展药学服务的内容,提高药学服务质量和患者药物治疗效果。Objective To provide a reference for promoting the professional transformation of retail pharmacies and giving full play to the role of licensed pharmacists in pharmaceutical care.MethodsThe significance of pharmaceutical care provided by licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies and the current implementation status of pharmaceutical care were analyzed,and the solutions to the existing problems were put forward.ResultsThe pharmaceutical care provided by licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies could promote public safety and rational drug use,optimize the effectiveness of drugs,save medical insurance funds,promote the healthy transformation of pharmacies,and improve the ability and quality of licensed pharmacists. However,the current pharmaceutical care projects seldom provided pharmaceutical care such as medication follow - up and chronic disease medication management. The lack of a standardized pharmaceutical care process has resulted in unfounded inspections and assessments by the regulatory authorities,no rules to follow for licensed pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care,low quality of pharmaceutical care,and low public trust in licensed pharmacists.ConclusionIt is suggested that we should promote legislation and improve the system to ensure the implementation of pharmaceutical care in accordance with the law,formulate pharmaceutical care standards to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical care,and apply "Internet +" to expand the content of pharmaceutical care,so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and the effect of medication for patients.
