摘  要:目的为控释给药系统的功能化修饰与应用提供参考。方法检索基于金纳米笼(AuNCs)的控释给药系统相关文献,分析不同类别该系统的制备方法、释药机制及意义。结果与结论可利用温度、激光、核糖核酸(RNA)、酶、pH等作为刺激因子制备系列单一及联合刺激响应控释型给药系统。在实现药物的精准控释方面,与单一刺激响应控释型AuNCs比较,联合刺激响应控释型AuNCs给药系统意义更大,机制更复杂,需进一步研究。Objective To provide a reference for the functional modification and application of controlled-release drug delivery systems.Methods The literature related to controlled-release drug delivery systems based on gold nanocages(AuNCs)were reviewed,and the preparation methods,drug release mechanisms and significance of different types of AuNCs were analyzed.Results and Conclusion A series of single and combined stimuli-responsive controlled-release drug delivery systems can be prepared with temperature,laser,RNA,enzyme and pH as stimulation factors.Compared with the single stimuli-responsive controlled-release AuNCs,the combined stimuli-responsive controlled-release AuNCs delivery systems are of greater significance to achieve precise drug delivery,and their mechanisms are also more complex,which need further research.
