摘 要:文章以八段锦结合易筋经的双重锻炼方法探究大学生体质健康状况能否得到改善,并采取实验教学法,尊重学生自愿性,选取3个班的大学生作为此次实验研究对象,进行以4周为一期,共12周的功法锻炼。1班不作任何干预及锻炼;2班习练易筋经功法;3班习练八段锦与易筋经相结合的功法。2、3班每日早晨习练1个小时的功法,每一期的最后一天对各组进行体质测试,比较3个班大学生各项体质数据变化。研究结果显示,1班大学生各项体质数据在实验前后无统计学意义;2班、3班在12周的干预期内具有明显的积极变化(P<0·05,P<0·01)。其中,3班相较于2班数据变化更加明显,说明12周的八段锦结合易筋经的锻炼能更好地改善大学生身体体质。因此,高校应合理制定健身气功锻炼方案,不断创新功法,循序渐进地改善大学生的体质健康。This article uses the dual exercise method of Baduanjin combined with Yijinjing to explore whether the physical health of college students can be improved,and adopts experimental teaching methods,respecting students’voluntariness,and selecting college students in 3 classes as the experimental research objects.With 4 weeks as a base period,12 weeks of exercises in total.Class1 does not do any intervention or exercise;Class 2 practices Yijinjing exercises;Class 3 practices the combination of Baduanjin and Yijinjing exercises.2.Class 3 practice the exercises for 1 hour every morning.On the last day of each base period,test the physical fitness of each group,and compare the changes in the physical fitness data of the 3 classes of college students.The results of the study showed that the physical data of college students in Class 1 were not statistically significant before and after the experiment;Classes 2 and 3 had significant positive changes during the 12-week intervention period(P<0.05,P<0.01).Among them,the data changes in Class 3 are more obvious than those in Class 2,indicating that the 12-week Baduanjin exercise combined with Yijinjing can better improve the physical fitness of college students.Therefore,colleges and universities should reasonably formulate Health Qigong exercise programs,continuously innovate exercise methods,and gradually improve the physical health of college students.
