摘　　要：目的探究不同卵巢储备功能患者性激素、抗缪勒氏管激素及血清抑制素B水平变化及表达意义。方法选择2019年5月-2020年5月南方医科大学附属东莞妇幼保健院收治120例妇科患者,按卵巢储备功能将其分为正常组(A组)、功能减退组(B组)和卵巢早衰组(C组),对比三组的性激素、抗缪勒氏管激素及血清抑制素B水平。结果AMH、INHB、E2、AFC水平:A组>B组>C组,FSH、LH水平为:C组>B组>A组;AMH与INHB呈正相关;AMH、INHB均与E2、AFC呈正相关,与FSH、LH呈负相关,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢储备功能与性激素、抗缪勒氏管激素及血清抑制素B水平密切相关。Objective to explore changes and expression significance of sex hormone,anti mullerian hormone and serum inhibin B of patients with different ovarian reserve function.Methods The paper chose 120 gynecological patients treated in Southern Medical University Affiliated Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to may 2020,and divided them into normal group(group A),hypofunction group(group B)and premature ovarian failure group(Group C)according to ovarian reserve function.Levels of sex hormone,anti Mullerian hormone and serum inhibin B among three groups were compared.Results Levels of AMH,inhb,E2 and AFC were group A>group B>group C,levels of FSH and LH were group C>group B>group A;AMH was positively correlated with inhb;AMH and inhb were positively correlated with E2 and AFC,and negatively correlated with FSH and LH(P<0.05).Conclusion Ovarian reserve function is closely related to levels of sex hormone,anti mullerian hormone and serum inhibin B.
