摘　　要：目的讨论心内直视下房间隔缺损修补手术护理配合。方法选取云南省临沧市人民医院2018年1月-2020年1月实行心内直视下房间隔缺损修补手术的患者120例,根据入院时间顺序分为两组,实验组中使用全程护理配合干预,对照组中使用常规护理。结果在两组体外循环时间,呼吸机辅助时间以及住院时间的对比上,实验组数据表现较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的麻醉反应、感染、肺不张等并发症发生率高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的护理满意率(96.67%)优于对照组(80.00%),差别较大具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的生活质量评分(93.52±1.78)分高于对照组(83.85±1.33)分,差别较大具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实行心内直视下房间隔缺损修补手术的患者中使用全程护理配合干预,有利于缩短住院时间,减少并发症,减少体外循环时间,呼吸机辅助时间,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss nursing cooperation of atrial septal defect repair under direct vision.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with atrial septal defect repaired under direct cardiac vision in Lincang City People's Hospital of Yunnan from January 2018 to January 2020,and divided them into two groups according to order of admission time.Experimental group was treated with whole process nursing cooperation intervention and control group with routine nursing.Results Comparison between two groups showed,cardiopulmonary bypass time,ventilator assisted time and hospital stay data of experimental group were better,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications incidence of anesthesia reaction,infection and atelectasis in control group was significantly higher than experimental group,(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group(96.67%)was better than control group(80.00%),difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Life quality scores of experimental group(93.52±1.78)were significantly higher than control group(83.85±1.33)(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole process nursing intervention can shorten length of hospital stay,reduce complications,and cardiopulmonary bypass time and ventilator assistance time of atrial septal defect repair patients under direct vision,which has important clinical value.
