从“脾主思”探讨四君子汤加减治疗神经衰弱的经验

摘　　要：目的 从“脾主思”探讨四君子汤加减治疗神经衰弱的临床效果。方法 本次研究的起止时间分别为2019年1月-2019年12月,从研究期内采用计算机随机抽取70名神经衰弱患者作为观察对象,按照双色球分组原则将70名患者平均分为两组,一组编组为对照组,接受常规西药治疗,一组编组为观察组,在常规西药治疗的基础上联用四君子汤加减治疗,比较不同治疗方案治疗效果。结果 观察组患者在临床治疗中表现出总有效例数为34,占比97.14%,对照组患者在临床治疗中表现出总有效例数为29,占比82.86%,临床治疗效果组间对比具有统计学差异(χ^(2)=3.9683,P<0.05)。对比治疗后多梦易醒、头晕目眩、肢倦神疲、腹胀便溏等中医证候积分,观察组患者低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者浅睡眠时间、睡眠总时间长于对照组,药物起效时间、睡眠恢复时间均短于对照组,GQOLI74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 结合中医“脾主思”理论对神经衰弱患者实施四君子汤加减治疗效果显著,具有极好的应用价值。Objective To explore clinical effect of decoction of four noble drugs in treatment of neurasthenia.Methods Starting and ending time of the study was January 2019 and December 2019.During study period,the paper chose 70 patients with neurasthenia by computer as observation objects,and divided them into two groups randomly according to two-color ball grouping principle.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,and observation group with decoction of four noble drugs on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.Curative effect of different treatment schemes was compared between two groups.Results Total number of effective cases in clinical treatment of patients in observation group was 34,accounting for 97.14%,and total number of effective cases in clinical treatment of patients in control group was 29,accounting for 82.86%.There was significant difference between clinical treatment effect groups (χ^(2)=3.9683,P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes including dreaminess,dizziness,limb fatigue,abdominal distension and loose stools in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05).After treatment,light sleep time and total sleep time in observation group was longer than control group,drug onset time and sleep recovery time was shorter than control group,and GQOLI74 scores were higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with theory of "spleen dominating thought" in traditional Chinese medicine,decoction of four noble drugs can achieve significant effect on patients with neurasthenia,which has excellent application value.
