分析重症监护室机械通气病人镇静止痛的护理方法和效果

摘　　要：目的 研究分析重症监护室机械通气病人镇静止痛的护理方法和效果。方法 累计在2018年6月-2020年6月抽取重症监护室机械通气患者80例,依据患者的入院顺序进行编号1~80,随机数字法抽取40例为对照组,进行常规持续镇静,余下40例患者则为观察组,在镇静止痛期间开展针对性的护理工作,统计两组患者镇静止痛情况,包括重症监护室住院时间、镇静药物用量、机械通气时间以及机械通气前后肺功能变化情况等,同时记录镇静止痛期间患者出现各类并发症的情况,对比分析护理方法的应用效果。结果 统计数据显示,观察组内患者重症监护室住院时间、镇静药物用量、机械通气时间等与对照组比较均明显较少,护理过程中观察组内并发症的发生率与对照组比较明显较低,通过机械通气相关护理后肺功能变化情况优于对照组,数据间差异均具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重症监护室机械通气患者镇静止痛期间由护理工作人员开展针对性护理工作,可以有效缩短住院时间、镇静药物用量以及机械通气时间,同时降低并发症发生率,综合应用价值显著,值得相关从业人员借鉴。Objective To study and analyze nursing method and effect of relieving static pain of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods The paper chose 80 cases mechanical ventilation patients in ICU from June 2018 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups based on admission order with numbers 1-80.40 cases in control group were treated with routine continuous sedation,and remaining 40 cases in observation group with targeted nursing during sedative pain period.Sedative pains between two groups were counted,including length of stay in ICU,dosage of sedative drugs,mechanical ventilation time and changes of pulmonary function before and after mechanical ventilation.At the same time,complications of patients during sedative pain were recorded,application effect of nursing methods was compared and analyzed.Results Statistical data showed,length of stay in ICU,dosage of sedative drugs and mechanical ventilation time in observation group was significantly less than control group.Complications incidence in observation group was significantly lower than control group.Changes of pulmonary function after mechanical ventilation were better than control group.Data difference statistically significant between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing of nursing staff during sedative pain relief period can effectively shorten length of stay,dosage of sedative drugs and mechanical ventilation time,and reduce complications incidence of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,with significant comprehensive application value,which is worthy of reference for relevant practitioners.
