摘 要:目的 探讨以全程健康教育模式用于糖尿病患者的有效性。方法 以我院收治的74例糖尿病患者为研究对象,研究时间范围2019年7月-2020年6月,按照随机抽签法将患者分为两组,组别为参照组与研究组。参照组37例患者实施常规护理,研究组37例患者实施全程健康教育,比较分析两组干预前后血糖水平、疾病知识知晓评分、治疗依从性及干预满意度。结果 健康教育前,两组病人的血糖水平及HbA1c含量经统计分析差异不明显,P>0.05;教育后,研究组FBG水平(4.45±1.26),PBG水平(6.13±1.88)及HbA1c含量(8.25±1.36)显著低于对照组,经统计处理差异显著,P<0.05;对于疾病基础知识、预防知识、护理与治疗知识分值而言,研究组干预后明显高于参照组,且两组干预后明显高于干预前,比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究组自我监测、正确用药、合理饮食、科学运动依从性分值显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组的满意度(97.30% vs 81.08%)经统计处理差异显著,P<0.05。结论 糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育后,对血糖水平控制、疾病知识掌握、治疗依从性提高有着十分积极的意义,同时还可以显著提高患者干预满意度,值得临床推荐与应用。Objective To explore effectiveness of whole course health education mode for diabetic patients.Methods The paper chose 74 diabetic patients in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups according to random drawing method.37 cases in reference group were treated with routine nursing and 37 cases in study group with whole process health education.Blood glucose level,disease knowledge awareness scores,treatment compliance and intervention satisfaction degree before and after intervention were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Before health education,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level and HbA1c content between two groups,(P>0.05).After education,levels of FBG (4.45±1.26),PBG (6.13±1.88) and HbA1c (8.25±1.36) in study group were significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Scores of basic disease knowledge,prevention knowledge,nursing and treatment knowledge in study group were significantly higher than reference group after intervention,scores after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Compliance scores of self-monitoring,correct medication,reasonable diet and scientific exercise in study group were significantly higher than reference group (P<0.05).There was significant difference in satisfaction degree between study group and control group (97.30% vs 81.08%),P<0.05.Conclusion Whole course health education has great significance in controlling blood sugar level,grasping knowledge of disease and improving treatment compliance for diabetic patients,can improve satisfaction degree of patients with intervention significantly,which is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
