摘 要:大厚度水泥稳定碎石底基层摊铺通常采用两次摊铺完成,但对于工期紧、工程量比较大的项目,分层摊铺技术难以在较短的工期内保证摊铺的施工质量,进而发展出现了一次摊铺施工技术。依托长流水至中卫公路路基工程,对大厚度水泥稳定碎石底基层一次摊铺技术的底基层配合比、摊铺碾压、接缝处理、养生等关键技术问题进行了总结,研究表明大厚度水泥稳定碎石底基层一次性摊铺在保证施工质量基础上可极大地缩短施工工期,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,可为类似工程施工提供参考。Large thickness cement stabilized macadam subbase is usually paved twice,but for projects with tight construction period and large quantities,layered paving technology is difficult to ensure the paving construction quality in a short construction period,and then one-time paving construction technology has developed.Relying on the subgrade project of Changliushui to Zhongwei highway,this paper summarizes the key technical problems such as subbase mix proportion,paving and rolling,joint treatment and curing of the one-time paving technology of large thickness cement stabilized macadam subbase.The research shows that the one-time paving of large thickness cement stabilized macadam subbase can greatly shorten the construction period on the basis of ensuring the construction quality,It has good economic and social benefits,and can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
