摘　　要：目的了解不孕症患者的痛苦表露现状并分析其影响因素。方法2021年6-10月,便利抽样法选取兰州市某三级甲等综合医院生殖医学中心的246例不孕症患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、痛苦表露指数量表(distress disclosure index,DDI)、不孕症病耻感量表(infertility stigma scale,ISS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)及领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)对其进行调查。结果不孕症患者的痛苦表露得分为(37.85±7.97)分,其中14.23%为低水平,62.20%为中等水平,23.57%为高水平。多重线性回归分析显示,年龄、家庭人均月收入、病耻感、焦虑及领悟社会支持是不孕症患者痛苦表露的影响因素(R^(2)=0.532,P<0.05)。结论不孕症患者痛苦表露处于中等水平,护理人员应采取针对性的干预措施加强不孕症患者的痛苦表露,促进其身心健康。Objective To explore the status quo of distress disclosure among infertile patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 246 infertile patients from the Reproductive Medical Center of a tertiary general hospital in Lanzhou City from June to October,2021.The general information questionnaire,Distress Disclosure Index(DDI),Infertility Stigma Scale(ISS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were adopted for investigation.Results The distress disclosure scores of infertile patients were(37.85±7.97),of which 14.23%was the low level,62.20%was the medium level,and 23.57%was the high level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,monthly family income per capita,stigma,anxiety and perceived social support were the influencing factors of distress disclosure among infertile patients(R^(2)=0.532,P<0.05).Conclusions Infertile patients’distress disclosure is at a medium level.Nursing professionals should take targeted intervention to strengthen the distress disclosure of infertile patients and promote their physical and mental health.
