摘 要:蓄热式氧化炉在运行过程中由于废气不稳定及安全与节能需要,导致运行过程中温度控制值需频繁切换,必须控制好燃烧过程中燃料与空气的关系,保证炉膛在不同废气工况下能够稳定运行并达标排放;同时避免燃烧过程中出现冒黑烟现象,达到既保证运行安全又节约能源的目的。采用单交叉限幅比值控制方法对蓄热炉的炉温进行控制,在负荷提高时高选、负荷降低时低选,保证燃气与空气在安全的前提下达到最优燃烧效果并能够应对废气变化的扰动。通过基于S7-300实现单交叉限幅比值控制方法在某项目中对炉膛温度的控制,满足项目的各项负荷要求,取得了较好的效果。When the regenerative thermal oxidation(RTO)operates,the instable waste gas and the safety and energy-saving requirement ask for a frequent switching of the temperature control,this makes the relationship between fuel and air in the combustion process to be controlled to ensure that the furnace can operate stably and discharge up to standard under various waste gas conditions,and avoid black smoke during combustion so as to ensure a safe operation and to save the energy.In this paper,a single cross limiting ratio control method was adopted to control RTO temperature,including adopting high temperature when the RTO load increases and selecting low RTO temperature when the load decreases so as to ensure an optimal combustion effect of gas and air on the premise of safety and deal with the disturbance of waste gas change.The application shows that,this single cross limiting ratio control can meet the load requirements well along with a better combustion control effect.
