摘  要:大学生的就业决策具有不确定性和复杂性等特点,可视为多属性决策问题.基于D数理论,建立就业决策评估模型,对大学生就业决策问题进行分解,从录用率、工资福利、假期、工作环境和通勤成本等指标来刻画用人单位,结合D数理论在不确定信息表达、信息融合等方面的优势对各指标进行整合,进而对用人单位进行综合评估,得到其综合排序.在决策评估模型中,引入指标的权重信息,充分考虑了大学生的就业偏好,使决策结果更加符合实际.实例验证表明该模型是有效的,具有流程直观、计算简便快捷等特点.The problem of employment decision of college students can be viewed as one of the cases of multiple attribute deci⁃sion making,which involves of uncertainty and complexity.A decision and evaluation model for employment is built based on D number theory.The employer is depicted from different indices,such as hiring rates,wages and benefits,vacation,environment and transportation cost.D number theory is used to fuse the above-mentioned indices based on the advantages of representation of uncertain information and information fusion,and then a comprehensive evaluation for employer is made to obtain the rank list.The weight of indices is involved for the decision-making model of employment decision,and the employment preferences of college students are also considered,which is helpful to make the finally decision closer to reality.A numerical example is used to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.The flow of the proposed method is intuitive,and the calculation is simple and fast.
