秋水仙素对药用蒲公英种子萌发及生长特性的影响

摘　　要：采用不同浓度秋水仙素(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)和不同浸泡时间(1 d、3 d、5 d),以清水为对照,研究秋水仙素浓度和处理时间对药用蒲公英种子萌发特性及幼苗的影响.结果表明,在同一秋水仙素处理浓度下,发芽率随着处理时间的增加呈现先增加再降低的趋势;在同一浸泡时间处理下,发芽率随着秋水仙素处理浓度的提高而逐渐下降.经一定浓度秋水仙素处理的种子与对照相比,胚根发育受到严重抑制,胚轴明显缩短,子叶有明显增厚,移栽过程中,由于胚根未形成新的根系,从而导致幼苗大量死亡.Different concentrations of colchicine(0.1%,0.3%,0.5%)and treatment time(1 d,3 d,5 d)were used with water as control to study the effects of colchicine concentration and treatment time on seed germination and seedling characteristics of Taraxacum officinalis.The results show that under the same treatment concentration of colchicine,the germination rate first increas⁃es and then decreases with the increase of treatment time;under the same soaking time treatment,the germination rate gradually decreases with the increase of the treatment concentration of colchicine.Compared with the control groups,the radicle develop⁃ment of the seeds treated with a certain concentration of colchicine is severely inhibited,the cotyledon is significantly shortened,and the cotyledon is significantly thickened.In the process of transplanting,the radicles do not form new roots,which lead to the death of a large number of seedlings.
