摘　　要：目的 对比在老年多发性脑梗死疾病诊断中MRI和CT影像检查方法所取得的诊断效果。方法 共选择60例多发性脑梗死患者,就诊时间为2020年6月-2021年6月,分别使用MRI和CT影像进行检查。对比两组<24h、24~72h、>72h患病时间检出率,直径≤2mm、直径>2mm病灶检出率,病灶大小、病灶数量、检查消耗时间、发病-确诊时间等检查指标。结果 MRI诊断方法检出率高于CT诊断方法,MRI诊断方法检出率高于CT诊断,MRI诊断方法病灶大小、病灶数量、检查消耗时间高于CT诊断,发病-确诊时间低于CT诊断方法(P <0.05)。结论 在老年多发性脑梗死疾病诊断中,通过给予患者影像学诊断方法,完成了对患者的科学及有效诊断。从本文研究结果中可知,MRI诊断方法所取得的诊断效果明显好于CT诊断方法,检出率更高,检测结果更为准确,且检测方法简单,患者对检测工作具有较高的满意度,疾病诊断优势明显,为疾病治疗提供了科学的依据及强有力的支持,临床应用优势更为显著。Objective To compare the diagnostic effects of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of senile multiple cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with multiple cerebral infarction were selected, treated from June 2020 to June 2021, and examined using MRI and CT images, respectively.The detection rate of <24h, 24~72h, >72h, ≤2mm, diameter> 2mm lesions, lesion size, number of lesions, lesion consumption time, onset-diagnosis time were compared. Results The detection rate of MRI diagnosis method was higher than that of CT diagnosis method, the detection rate of MRI diagnosis method was higher than that of CT diagnosis, the size, number and examination time of MRI diagnosis method were higher than that of CT diagnosis, and the time of onset diagnosis was lower than that of CT diagnosis method(P <0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of senile multiple cerebral infarction, the scientific and effective diagnosis of patients has been completed by giving patients imaging diagnosis. From this article research results, the MRI diagnostic methods of diagnosis effect is signifcantly better than CT diagnosis method, the detection rate is higher, test results more accurate, and the detection method is simple,patients on detection has higher satisfaction, disease diagnosis obvious advantages, provides the scientifc basis for disease treatment and strong support, and clinical application of advantage.
