摘　　要：胰腺具有沟通五脏六腑、分泌和排泄胰液的生理功能,并可辅助脾胃运行藏泄精微气血,当属脏腑体系中的“奇恒之腑”。慢性胰腺炎的中医病机可分为“脾虚”与“腑实”两类;即病邪内侵,胰体瘀滞,运化失常;胰脾不和,藏泄失度,气阴耗伤;细探不难发实为胰腺奇恒之腑特性的破坏;基于此特性,当“通补兼施”治疗慢性胰腺炎,通利胰体,养益气血,保护胰腺功能。The pancreas has the physiological function of communicating the five Zang and six Fu organs, secreting and excreting pancreatic juice, and can assist the operation of the spleen and stomach,store and discharge fine Qi and blood. It belongs to the “Qi heng fu organ” in the Zang and fu organ system. The TCM pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis can be divided into “Spleen Deficiency” and “Fu excess”;That is, the disease pathogen invades internally, the pancreatic body is stagnant, and the Yun hua is abnormal;Disharmony between pancreas and spleen, degree of reservoir leakage, Qi and Yin consumption injury;It is not difficult to find out that it is actually the destruction of the characteristics of the extraordinary organs of the pancreas;Based on this characteristic, when “dredging and tonifying”is used to treat chronic pancreatitis, it can dredge the pancreatic body, nourish Qi and blood and protect the pancreatic function.
