摘 要:以黄心土、泥炭和松鳞为试验材料,采用不同配比并施用不同用量的缓释肥,分析对1年生虎皮楠容器苗苗高、地径、高径比及保存率的影响。结果表明:不同基质配比下,不同缓释肥用量及其交互作用对1年生虎皮楠容器苗保存率、高径比影响不显著;而不同基质配比与不同缓释肥用量分别对苗高、地径、高径比影响显著或极显著,但二者交互作用仅对地径影响显著,对苗高影响不显著。综合考虑虎皮楠1年生容器苗培育宜选用缓释肥用量2.5 kg·m^(-3),黄心土∶泥炭∶松鳞为4∶3∶3的基质配比进行培育。In order to explore a matrix formula suitable for the growth of container seedlings of Daphniphyllum oldhami,yellow core soil,peat soil and pine scale were used as experimental materials in this study.The effects of different proportions and amounts of slow-release fertilizer on the height,ground diameter,height diameter ratio and preservation rate of container seedlings of annual D.oldhami were analyzed.The result showed that there were no significant effect on the preservation rate and height diameter ratio of annual container seedlings under different substrate proportion,different dosage of slow-release fertilizer and their interaction.There were significant or extremely significant effects on seedling height,ground diameter and height diameter under different substrate proportion and dosage of slow-release fertilizer,while their interaction only had significant effects on ground diameter,and had no significant effect on seedling height.By comprehensive consideration,D.oldnamii grew the best in the medium where slow-release fertilizer of 2.5 kg·m^(-3) and the proportion of yellow core soil,peat soil and pine scale.
