摘  要:产教融合是有效推进“三教”改革的重要途径,从而提升药物制剂技术专业育人质量。依托产教融合的背景优势,对深化教师、教法、教材“三教”改革的有效路径进行了探索和实践。一是构建校企“双向双融通”教学团队建设模式,以赛促教,以赛促学,提升师生实践能力。二是基于行业标准、大赛规程及“1+X证书”制度,开展课程体系整合重构。实现了校企协同育人,提高了技术技能人才的培养质量。Object: To improve the quality of students of Pharmaceutical Technology Specialty by the implement of Three Teaching Reform. Method: Relying on the advantages of integration of production and education, the Three Teaching Reform was explored and practiced, the “two-way” available teaching team was constructed. The practical ability of the teachers and students were improved by different types of competitions, and the curriculum system was reconstructed. Results: Cooperation between school and Enterprise promoted the quality of students of Pharmaceutical Technology Specialty. Conclusion: The integration of production and education is the important way of Three Teaching Reform.
