摘 要:传统的钢混叠合梁桥是在钢箱梁安装后,架设预制桥面板连接为整体成桥,工后运行桥面板间连接因钢箱梁热胀冷缩与混凝土徐变不同步易产生裂缝,降低桥梁使用寿命。详细介绍了钢混组合梁及桥面板整体现浇施工关键技术,即用钢箱梁分节段墩顶设预抬值安装焊接、箱梁翼缘板悬臂吊架模法施工、桥面板整体现浇混凝土、同步顶升落梁成桥的施工方法,对桥面板整体形成挤压应力,提高了桥梁使用寿命。The traditional steel-concrete composite girder bridge is an integral bridge built by erecting prefabricated bridge deck after the installation of steel box girder.The connection between the bridge decks after construction is easy to produce cracks and reduce the service life of the bridge,because the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the steel box girder are not synchronized with the concrete creep.The key technology of integral cast-in-situ construction of steel-concrete composite girder and bridge deck is the construction method of setting pre lift value on the top of segmental pier of steel box girder,installation and welding,cantilever hanger formwork construction of box girder flange plate,integral cast-in-situ concrete of bridge deck and synchronous jacking and falling beam,which forms extrusion stress on the whole bridge deck and improves the service life of the bridge.
